Rename a receive ruleset

​

Change the display name of a ruleset. The name is the only editable field; it is trimmed and must be 1–120 characters. Renaming to the current name is a no-op. A deactivated ruleset cannot be renamed. Renaming does not change idempotency: a create retried with the original key still returns this ruleset.
